Suave: Asara has a bit of a silver tongue, and is pretty charismatic. He loves the gals (and guys) and he loves them even more when they love him back; and he turns up his charm in tough spots to try and slither out.

Aloof: Asara is rather distant from others, and often pays little to no attention to others, being self-centred. He can be pretty cold at times as well.

Cool: Asara does his best to stay collected and acts as 'cool' as he can, building a reputation for himself.

Patient: Asara is always patient with others and is willing to wait for amounts of time. He usually puts lots of faith in his friends and allies and only leaves a situation taking time if it takes a remarkably long period of time.

Mischeivous: He does like to meddle in some affairs and will pull pranks on other cats sometimes. He is rather sneaky and will listen in on conversations and try and mess around with some stuff if he can.

Flirtatious/Tease: From above: "He loves the gals (and guys)." He'll flirt almost relentlessly if one cat sparks even a small bit of his interest, even without trying or meaning to. However he is a tease, and doesn't want to commit to a real relationship just yet, preferring to bounce from cat to cat.

Brutally Honest: Ask him a question and he'll tell you only the whole truth, even if it's something about him. This is just habit of him.

Disloyal: Asara is easily tempted and will betray those who he isn't close to rather easily. He won't leave the Rangers even if he has thoughts on it, though: he likes his pay, and he's rather greedy.

Fashionable: Asara is into all the latest trends and styles, keeping up with fashion. He likes designing and shopping, and if something he likes such as a hat or scarf is no longer in fashion, out to the trash it goes. He appreciates beauty and style in his surroundings.

Background Info:

Asara hails from Pokè-Paw Island and lives there his entire life with his two parents, a drifblim and mismagius. He was brought up in the most urban area possible for the old island, and went out onto the town with his mother very often. He quickly grew an interest in fashion and designing, but was teased by his friends as well as his rather unsupportive father for it: it was too girly for them. Asara's reaction to this was essentially "screw you," and he became very much a loner up until he was in his mid teens, when he started to become more flirtatious.

Once he was about 20-21 he started plans to set up a clothing and accessory shop in town, and two days before its grand opening Team Rocket summoned Heatran to destroy the island. This was the first time in many, many years when Asara lost his cool, and he hates talking about it--it was so traumatic at the time that he actually give himself a scar on accident while trying to hide his tears. He and his parents fled, though his father stayed behind. He wanted to try and find the cause of the destruction: he was an explorer and dedicated to his job. He died while searching, although his mother managed to keep her cool unlike the rest of her family.

Asara was sent to Cianwood alongside his mother, although he actively avoids her to this day claiming that she's a 'cranky old zeppelin with terrible fashion sense.' He lost almost all of his funds in the cataclysm, but hastily decided to "work" as a ranger [i.e. avoid responsibility until it was absolutely necessary for him to keep his job] and eventually even set up shop in his room at the Station. To this day he works as a mildly successful tailor and fashion designer, content, although he still has a lingering animosity towards Team Rocket for burning down his old store and giving him his large scar, even if the last one was really his fault.

Fun Facts:

-He speaks French (and English), and has a slight accent, as well as mixing in some words of the language.

-He has a huge scar on his eye from the Pokè Paw incident, but he covers it up because he thinks it's tacky.

-He can levitate due to being part flying, but he's afraid of going too high and getting blown away, since he's a drifloon, which is sort of a balloon.

-He can stretch his tails and hair if he wants to, though he does the former more often. It's usually to touch or pick up objects.

-Although he does serve as a Ranger he actually doesn't work very hard to enforce the common goal of the organization to protect the cats from Rockets. He'll enforce the law on them if they bug him, but otherwise, it isn't a huge priority. He considers fashion design his primary line of work.

-Wanna pick a fight? Call him "balloon" and he'll be super duper pissed off

-After evolution, his tails can still stretch and function like his old ones, except they are slightly stronger and flow like his hair.

-While still slim, he is slightly stockier in build and, since he's a blimp kinda, is good at transporting heavy loads in his tails, on his back and in his paws.

-He still hates being called "balloon," but to really make him mad call him a blimp. He thinks you're calling him fat.

-His voice is generally the same, but is a little deeper now.
-He has loooots of outfits, but I didn't draw him wearing anything ahaha

Lionel continued laughing until he realized that Nikki had slid into a tree. He yelped when he noticed it and ran over to her. He scraped some of the snow off of her, and his ears perked as she sneezed.

"Ohhh, no," he mumbled. "No no no no..." He put his paws around her shoulders and tried to help her sit back up. His expression looked worried, the corners of his mouth turned down in what almost seemed to be a scowl.

"I think you might have a cold," he said, looking down. "I-I must have kept you out here too long. S-Sorry..."
